Erin Dalton, Deputy Director for the Office of Data Analysis, Research and Evaluation, Alleghany County, PA, presents:
Abstract: Allegheny County provides one approach to using integrated data to support practice. Innovations include integrated data at the person-level to support care, predictive risk modeling to support worker decision making, and cross-systems analysis to support community planning and management decision making. Housed in local government, Allegheny County's data warehouse contains over a billion records from over a million distinct people, including data from child protective services, homeless services, behavioral health, criminal justice, and public education. This presentation will provide details on this work and lessons in how to develop analytics to support decision making.
